Quality Assurance

At Targem Translations, we rely on efficient project management and a rigorous three-step process to ensure that every translation we deliver is as accurate, fluently readable and culturally sensitive as possible.

The first and most important step is the use of a qualified, skilled translator who is also an expert in the subject matter. We use only the finest translators who have been carefully screened by unbiased third parties to ensure their linguistic fluency, subject matter expertise, and familiarity with the target culture.

The second step is to have the translation reviewed by a separate linguist to make sure that the translation reads fluently, is consistent with the original, and is completely error-free. In the third and final step, our in-house Quality Assurance team runs a trained eye over the translation to ensure that it is ready for print or online publication.

Many projects require a fourth step, which is the professional touch of our typesetting and graphics department. Typesetting and graphics are always performed after the translation has been completely reviewed and edited but are subject to review and approval by our Quality Assurance personnel.
